CUSTOM LIGHTING COMPONENTS
Custom Aluminum Die-Cast Light & Heat-Dissipation Housings
HSX manufactures the aluminum die-cast housing and structural component of suitable industrial, indoor and stage-light projects from customer drawings, samples and requirements. This restored product direction covers custom housings and thermal structures only; it does not claim complete lamp design or assembly capability.
Suitable Housing and Thermal Structures
Relevant parts can include finned housings, heat-dissipation bodies, covers, mounting rings and structural shells with ribs, bosses, cable openings, threaded holes, flat mounting faces and defined visible areas. The heat source, assembly and sealing context are reviewed with the actual geometry.
Project Information to Send
Provide the housing drawing and 3D model when available, heat-source and mounting locations, mating components, flatness or interface requirements, sealing responsibility, critical openings, finish zones, color or texture reference, quantity, inspection basis and packing requirements.
Possible Housing Manufacturing Route
A suitable project may use HSX mold design, aluminum die casting, trimming, gate removal, deburring, drilling, tapping, polishing, powder coating or spray painting, inspection and packing. CNC machining, anodizing and electroplating are partner-supported and are scoped separately when required.
Thermal and Appearance Review Boundary
Fin thickness and spacing, metal flow, wall transitions, flat mounting faces, machining access, sealing interfaces and coating build require drawing-level review. HSX does not promise thermal performance from a reference image and does not present itself as a supplier of complete lamps, optics, drivers or certified lighting systems.
