PARTNER-SUPPORTED PROCESSES
CNC, Anodizing & Partner-Supported Finishing
HSX coordinates additional processes required by specific OEM projects through long-term manufacturing partners while maintaining project communication and final quality confirmation.
CNC Machining and CNC Turning
Partner-supported machining can create precision faces, bores, threads, cylindrical profiles and other details that are not completed in the die-casting stage.
Anodizing, Sand Blasting and Electroplating
These surface routes are evaluated against the actual alloy, part geometry, visible-surface expectation and approved sample requirements. They are not presented as a fixed sequence for every product.
Final Responsibility at HSX
Processed parts return to HSX for final quality confirmation, packing and shipment preparation under the agreed project scope.
How Partner-Supported Work Is Confirmed
The buyer identifies datums, tolerances, masking zones, appearance references, functional surfaces and required tests. HSX confirms when outside support is needed, coordinates the approved partner route and completes final confirmation at HSX.
HOW SUPPORT IS CONFIRMED
Define the requirement before selecting a partner-supported process.
CNC machining, CNC turning, anodizing, electroplating and sand blasting are coordinated only after HSX reviews the actual part, alloy, interfaces and acceptance needs.
