Manufacturing Capabilities
Real factory evidence shows the in-house manufacturing operations HSX can apply to suitable custom aluminum die-casting projects. The approved route depends on the drawing, application and delivery scope.
Die Casting and Casting Preparation
Custom aluminum die casting creates near-net-shape components from customer drawings, samples and requirements. Castings can then move through gate removal, trimming and deburring.
Hole and Surface Operations
In-house drilling, tapping and polishing support drawing-defined holes, threads, visible surfaces and assembly requirements for suitable parts.
Finishing, Quality Control and Packing
Powder coating, spray painting, final inspection and packing are selected according to the approved project. Additional partner-supported processes are identified separately before production.
How an In-House Process Is Confirmed
The buyer supplies the controlled drawing, critical interfaces, finish zones and approval needs. HSX identifies when die casting, drilling, tapping, polishing, coating or inspection is required, plans the suitable in-house route and confirms the final basis against approved project inputs.
