CUSTOM INDUSTRIAL STRUCTURES

Custom Aluminum Die-Cast Brackets & Mechanical Parts

HSX manufactures drawing-defined aluminum brackets, supports, bases and mechanical interface parts for suitable OEM assemblies. Real production references establish relevant experience, while the buyer's own geometry, load path, mating parts and acceptance criteria determine the route for every new project.

Suitable Mechanical Part Structures

Potential projects include mounting brackets, structural supports, bases, handles, frames and interface components with cast ribs, bosses, recessed channels, mounting holes, threaded features and defined contact surfaces. Application suitability must be reviewed from the actual part rather than inferred from a photograph.

What the Buyer Should Provide

Provide a controlled drawing revision, 3D model or physical sample, application context, load path, datums, mating geometry, critical dimensions, functional and cosmetic surfaces, fastener details, finish, quantity, inspection requirements and packing needs. Mark any safety-related or regulated responsibility explicitly.

Possible Production Sequence

The confirmed sequence may include HSX mold design, aluminum die casting, trimming, gate removal, deburring, drilling, tapping, polishing, powder coating or spray painting, inspection and packing. CNC machining, anodizing and electroplating remain partner-supported operations when approved for the project.

Risk Review and Supply Boundary

Load concentration, abrupt wall changes, rib and boss junctions, hole position, tool access, machining allowance, coating thickness and assembly stack-up are reviewed against the controlled input. HSX supports custom components, not complete machines, unverified load ratings or parts without sufficient project information.
