CUSTOM EQUIPMENT ENCLOSURES

Custom Aluminum Die-Cast Equipment Enclosures

HSX supports custom equipment housings, controller enclosures and protective aluminum structures built from the buyer's drawing, 3D data, sample or defined project requirement. Real enclosure references show casting, hole-making and finishing experience without implying a reusable standard product or customer design.

Suitable Enclosure Geometry

Relevant structures can include cast ribs and bosses, mounting feet, internal posts, cable or connector openings, machined and threaded holes, cover interfaces, sealing faces and controlled cosmetic surfaces. The complete assembly context is needed to judge whether a geometry is suitable for die casting.

Buyer Inputs Required

Send controlled 2D and 3D files or a sample, plus mating interfaces, gasket or sealing intent, connector locations, critical dimensions, restricted areas, coating and color requirements, expected quantity, inspection basis and packing expectations. Identify which surfaces are functional and which are appearance-critical.

Casting, Hole-Making and Finishing Route

Depending on the approved scope, HSX can connect mold design, aluminum die casting, trimming, gate removal, deburring, drilling, tapping, polishing, powder coating or spray painting, quality inspection and packing. Required CNC work, anodizing or electroplating is coordinated through partner resources and identified separately.

Common Review Risks and Fit

Wall changes, isolated heavy sections, boss and rib junctions, opening position, tool access, coating build, flat assembly faces and sealing responsibility require part-specific review. HSX is suited to custom housing projects with controlled technical input, not off-the-shelf electronics, complete control systems or unverified environmental ratings.
