PRIVACY AND ANALYTICS CHOICES
How HSX Uses Optional Website Analytics
HSX uses Microsoft Clarity only after a visitor explicitly accepts analytics. This notice explains the interaction data involved, the controls available to visitors, and the additional masking applied to RFQ project information.
Microsoft Clarity
After analytics consent, the browser connects directly to Microsoft and Clarity helps HSX understand public page paths, clicks, scrolling, device characteristics and session behavior. Microsoft may receive the network source IP for approximate geographic information and service operation. HSX does not send the IP through Identify, custom events or tags, associate it with an RFQ identity, or send customer-provided values through custom analytics events.
Consent and Cookie Settings
Analytics and advertising storage are denied by default. Clarity is not requested until analytics is accepted, advertising storage remains denied, and visitors can reject or withdraw analytics at any time through the persistent Cookie Settings control.
RFQ and Project Information
The RFQ form, selected-file area, status messages and dynamically displayed customer input are explicitly masked. Customer contact details, company information, project descriptions, request references, attachment names and drawing content are not used as custom analytics values.
